Exploring STEM: Unveiling the Mystery, One Challenge at a Time

Dive into the world of science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEM) with our STEM on the MOVE backpacks. These backpacks are not just ordinary bags; they are gateways to exploration, filled with fun and educational activities for STEM enthusiasts, students, and anyone curious about the wonders of STEM.

The STEM on the MOVE backpack and the challenges are created to spark interest in STEM and STEAM in the elementary and early middle school audience.  Inside the backpack, there are 45 different, standards-aligned challenges as well as the supplies to accomplish them.  The challenges can be utilized in a variety of ways – classroom activities, small group activities, or an individual learning opportunity.

Additionally, there are seven MOVE Truck Tech activities that highlight the technology used by MOVE trucks, utilizing IEEE’s TryEngineering.

-The STEM audience is unlimited and open to everyone.  The goal is for students of all ages to think logically and creatively.

-Each card has a challenge in one of the STEAM disciplines.

▸How should I use the Challenge Cards?

-Use the cards in the way that works best for you.  Whether in the classroom or a makerspace or in a group or independently, how you use the cards is not important, completing the challenges is the goal
