Room: H 655.2.3, Bldg: Hall Building, 1550 De Maisonneuve West, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H3G 2E9

You are one step away from controlling the world through programming! IEEE Concordia is back with their Arduino Tutorial this semester. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of programming the Arduino, how to use its various features and how to connect your own circuits to the Arduino. Through this handy little microcontroller, you’ll be able to automate tasks and unlock a whole new world of DIY projects to bring your ideas to life! We will provide all the tools you need to start playing around with the Arduino—except a laptop. Note that you must return all materials at the end of the workshop. If you want to continue using the Arduino after the workshop, you can come visit the lab or ask us about where to buy the components (also check out the resources for a list of stores). NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. You must bring your own laptop (and have admin permissions). Library laptops will not work. Please download the Arduino software and install it before coming to the workshop. https://www.arduino.cc/en/software Date: Friday February 3rd, 2023 Time: 6:30PM to 8:30PM Location: H 655-02-03 Tickets: $10 a ticket from VTOOLS Room: H 655.2.3, Bldg: Hall Building, 1550 De Maisonneuve West, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H3G 2E9
